Aruba ED Card

The Aruba ED Card is a mandatory travel document required for all eligible non-resident travelers visiting Aruba. It serves as an Embarkation and Disembarkation (ED) card and is essential for entry.

This card contains key details such as personal information, passport data, flight information, the purpose of your visit, and the duration of your stay. Additionally, it includes health-related information necessary for travel clearance.

The Aruba ED Card is easy to apply for online with minimal information. Applications can be submitted up to seven (7) days before your arrival in Aruba.

Once your application is approved, the card will be emailed to you. You can download and print it to bring along for your journey.

Upon arrival in Aruba, present your visa and ED Card at the immigration checkpoint to complete the entry process.

What is a Aruba ED-Card?

The Aruba ED-Card (Embarkation-Disembarkation Card) is an essential document required for admission to Aruba. Every traveler, including infants and children, must complete and have this card approved before traveling to the island.

The Online ED-Card ensures that all necessary steps have been completed to board an inbound flight to Aruba. You can visit the official ED-Card page through the provided link to complete the process. While some services may charge a fee to assist with the application, it is important to note that the process is straightforward and can be completed independently in just a few minutes.

Travelers can fill out the ED-Card as early as 7 days before their travel date. Once your ED-Card application is approved, you’re all set to enjoy a seamless start to your Aruba vacation.

Who needs a Aruba ED-Card?

The Aruba ED Card is required for all eligible foreigners who are non-residents of Aruba and need a visa to visit the country. Visitors must present the ED Card to immigration authorities upon arrival.

However, foreigners transiting through Aruba without leaving the transit area are exempt from this requirement. If you plan to pass through customs or exit the transit area, you will need to apply for an ED Card before proceeding.
